Len Sullivan, Vice President & Partner
33 Years of Experience
From marketing and strategy to educational design, Len's extensive experience in leading business strategy, content marketing, and strategic marketing is vital to High Rock's consultative approach. As co-founder of Pylot Studios, Len has made a career out of using innovative techniques to drive engaging marketing solutions and brought this experience to High Rock when they joined our team in 2014. Today, Len lends his experience and skill set to create marketing strategies for our clients. In his spare time, Len maintains a large stack of books he wants to read but never manages to get around to actually reading.
Heather Mcgrath, Director of Operations

Heather McGrath brings a strong record of military service and operational leadership to her role with La La Solutions. During her career, she was responsible for logistics coordination, personnel readiness, and security operations, ensuring mission success under high-pressure conditions. Her service cultivated a disciplined, detail-oriented approach and a deep commitment to teamwork. At La La United, Heather plays a key role in coordinating personnel, managing compliance requirements, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to standard. Her ability to translate military precision into civilian contracting makes her a vital asset to La La Solutions' work with government and community partners.
Shanna Mueller, Brand Strategist and Lead Content/copywriter

Shanna manages social media and digital marketing strategy and is the gatekeeper to all things related to brand integrity and development. A former creative brand strategist and news producer, she is a seasoned storyteller. She has a fine arts degree and brings over 15 years of experience managing and developing brands from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She finds inspiration in art, music, and human psychology to help wield the power of authentic storytelling and genuine content creation. When she is not researching and nerding out on the latest marketing, pop culture, and social trends, she spends her time moonlighting as a local philanthropist, amateur coffee critic, and photographer.
Jeremy Bohner, Creative Director & Partner
25 Years of Experience
Jeremy joined the High Rock team as our creative director shortly after High Rock was founded in 2005 and became a partner in the business soon after. He uses his creative talent to build new brands and promote those brands with his award-winning logo, print, web, and specialty designs. He graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art and Design, with a focus in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History. He currently resides in Pennsylvania with his wife, Jess, and their four children.
Michael Wescot, Director of Design

Michael Wescott is an experienced graphic designer with a strong background in government contracting and proposal development. He spent a significant portion of his career at Bechtel, where he supported large-scale federal and infrastructure projects by designing compliant, visually compelling proposal materials. At La La Solutions, Michael applies his expertise to create polished, impactful materials that clearly communicate value to contracting officers and partners. His ability to blend design creativity with the exacting requirements of Gov Con proposals ensures that LaLa delivers submissions that are both visually engaging and fully compliant.
Monique Fisher, Director of Digital
28 Years of Experience
Monique blends a passion for creativity and storytelling with over 25 years of experience in branding, award-winning design, and marketing to champion her clients’ success. With expertise spanning a diverse range of industries, from cinema to education and more, her ability to adapt and thrive in various settings ensures a fresh perspective on every project. Curiosity and a desire to always be learning keep her excited about each new client. Understanding that good design needs to work, she is a firm believer in doing her homework first to ensure that she understands the client, audience, and goal to be able to determine the best strategy to reach it. An avid animal lover, she has been involved with New England Border Collie Rescue since 2000 as an active volunteer and board member.
Michael Nabozny, Director of Video & 3D

Michael has over 12 years of experience in video production, creative project management, and editing. His passion for movies and storytelling began at a young age, which inspired him to study media production and film theory at Michigan State University. Michael thrives on collaborating with clients and his team to transform ideas into impactful, engaging content. When he's not working, you can find him outdoors, watching films, or practicing yoga at his home base of Ann Arbor, MI.
Alex Pritchard, Lead Web
12 Years of Experience
Alex's interest in web development and technology began in online gaming, where she learned the basics of HTML and CSS. She studied web design and development at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, then continued her education as an intern in the High Rock University program. After joining the High Rock team full-time, she moved to Haggerston, and in the rare moments she is offline, she enjoys watching reality TV, reading murder mystery and true crime novels, and spending time with her family.
